[Fixed v10.3.2] Course Up in New Render Engine not working

Version effected: 10.0.0

Conditions:

With GPS active setting View > Course Up while New Render Engine turned on.

Symptoms:

Annotations (Waypoints, Routes, your vessel location indicator) all rotate to align with boat position and direction (also true when GoTo set on a route). The New Render Engine charts do NOT align and remain in North Up.

Workaround:

Switch to original render engine while under way and if course up view is desired.
